• Enrollments – New to Jefferson High School or Lafayette School Corporation 

    • Please call the Registrars to make an appointment for new enrollments! 
    • Enrollment appointments are hour-long. 
    • You will register with the Registrars and then will meet with the Counselor to make the students' class schedule. 
    • Parent/Guardian and Student must be present for the meeting. 
    • Enrolling but live out of District please fill out the following form and turn into the Lafayette School Corporation Building located at 2300 Cason St, Lafayette, IN 47904
